How does Reflexology work?

What are your opening hours?

Monday 10am – 12 noon (baby classes), 1.15pm – 2.45pm & 8pm – 9.30pm

Tuesday 9.15am – 2.45pm & 8pm – 9.30pm

Wednesday 1.15pm – 2.45pm

Thursday – closed

Friday 9.15am – 2.45pm

Saturday – Closed

Sunday – Closed

Bank Holidays – Closed

How much do you charge?

Do you offer mobile appointments?

Yes! Mobile treatments are free within a 4 mile radius of NN15 6WD (via Google Maps route planner). An additional per mile charge is applied to appointments outside this radius to cover fuel & vehicle expenses & travel time. I’m also available for bespoke events in your home/workplace. Please contact me for details.

How do I book an appointment?

How do I pay?

48 hour pre-payment is required ahead of all treatments via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card.

How often would you recommend I receive a treatment?

This is very much dependent on the reason you’re seeking a treatment and your individual response to those treatments. Many clients who are looking for relaxation and stress relief feel an immediate benefit from one treatment, and continue to return regularly (fortnightly or monthly) or whenever they need to take out time for themselves. Clients who visit for a specific symptom or issue often benefit from more frequent treatments initially (weekly or fortnightly), moving on to fortnightly or monthly ‘maintenance’ treatments as their health and wellbeing improves.  Very generally speaking, I often recommend a course of 6 treatments in order to assess whether this therapy is something you find beneficial. Much like the analogy of a gym membership, results can take time and its unlikely that one session alone will bring about a lasting impact.

Do you offer discounts or packages?

I do occasionally run promotions on social media, but don’t routinely offer discounts nor discounts for block bookings. I do however offer packages which incorporate added value/additional services – Please ask for details.

Where are you located/where can I find you?

My full address can be found on my Contact Me page. Please note that as I live on a relatively new estate, sometimes Sat Nav’s struggle to find me! Please try Google Maps on your phone if this is the case, or, trying putting in ‘Gotch Road’ to your Sat Nav (turn right at the One Stop Shop, follow it all the way to the bottom, turn right and I’m just on the left). Please feel free to park on my drive if there is space, or alternatively there should be space at the side of the house on Chapel Close (please be mindful of your alloys/tyres on the very steep curb if attempting to park here!)

What if I’m early/late for my appointment or need to cancel?

I do leave a minimum gap of 15 minutes between all client appointments to allow me to prepare for my next client & for evening appointments, your appointment may well be the last one of the day. Unfortunately, if you’re late for your appointment its unlikely I’ll be able to extend the appointment to cover your full, original treatment time. If you arrive early, please do try to wait until a minute or two before your appointment time before knocking, as I may still be preparing for your treatment.

 

Pre-payment a minimum of 48 hours ahead of your appointment is required, which links to my cancellation policy. A cancellation fee will be charged in the vast majority of cases within this 48 hour period. Whilst I do understand that illnesses and emergencies occur and am sympathetic to this, as a small business, I’m sure you’ll appreciate I need to protect my income. Cancellations on the same day/within 36 hours of your appointment will need to be paid in full. Cancellations between 36 hours and 48 hours prior will be charged 50%. In some cases I may be able to move your appointment to an alternative slot the next day, but please understand that this then means that that that vacant slot cannot be booked by another client & I lose the opportunity of that additional income – if I rebook you, it still negatively impacts my business, so a fee is still payable.
